Creating a Culture of Excellence

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Lee Fowler, founder of Buds to Blossom Day Nurseries and The Centre of Excellence in Early Years, for an inspiring evening of professional learning with our Meithrin community.

Lee shared the journey of developing his Reggio Emilia-inspired nursery, offering practical insights into creating exceptional learning environments, nurturing children’s curiosity and developing a culture of excellence in early years practice.

The evening provided practitioners with valuable opportunities to reflect on their own provision, share ideas and consider how thoughtful environments can inspire curiosity, exploration and meaningful learning.

Alongside the professional learning, practitioners came together over a hot buffet, providing a wonderful opportunity to connect, network and share practice with colleagues from across the region.

It was fantastic to bring our early years community together for an evening filled with inspiration, reflection and professional conversation. A huge thank you to Lee for sharing his experience, passion and ideas with us!
