Over 80 Meithrin practitioners came together at St Helen’s Primary for a fantastic evening of sharing, reflection and professional discussion.

The team at St Helen’s generously shared their journey, including the challenges they had faced, the impact of their work and the approaches they had developed to create positive opportunities for children. Their strong team ethos, inspirational leadership and commitment to putting children at the heart of everything they do were clear throughout the evening.

It was particularly powerful to hear how barriers had been transformed into positives and opportunities for learners, and to see the passion and commitment underpinning the school’s practice.

A huge diolch to the St Helen’s team for welcoming us and sharing their experiences so openly, and to all the practitioners who joined us and contributed to such valuable professional dialogue.
